Mini guide to write a song if you are a beginner guitarist

One of the greatest satisfactions that exist in life when you have been playing guitar for a while is writing your own songs. At first you learn many songs and other exercises and there comes a time when you want to apply everything you have learned and start fooling around with your own songs.

It's good and we recommend it, you start with an idea that you like and from there you have to work to develop and complete your song.

The good news is that absolutely anyone can write a song . What is notIt's so easy to write a good song. A good tip is that you listen to a lot of music and try not to shut yourself up, listen to other musical genres and learn guitar exercises from other styles even if they have nothing to do with the style you're in at the moment. INSPIRATION

Inspiration can come from anywhere, from a song you hear on the radio, from a melody that circles your head, from your friend playing something, from a movie, from anything. The truth is that there is no perfect method to compose a good theme. There are composers who prefer to write music first and lyrics later. Basically a good song is based on 3 things: chords, melody and lyrics. This is the heart of a song and with this you can go wherever you want.

ACORDES
1) Study the chords of your musical style and put them into practice. 2) There is always a chord floating in the air regardless of the musical style. 3) A great chord follows another great chord. To me this maxim works for me and keep in mind that with 3 or 4 chords you can go far. Kurt Cobain used universal chords  and Nirvana went very far.

MELODY
The melodies often leave unconsciously the major or minor scale of the tone of the song. Look for a melody that fits on this scale and above all that makes you feel good, does not have to be complex and is usually based on trial and error.

LETTER 
Title: A good title can help you a lot when it comes to writing the lyrics of your first song. Write and check that the letter is connected to the title. If you have a very good line but it does not fit with the song, save it for another time, it's hard but it's for the good of the song.

Stanzas: The verses give you the information of the story, the setting and the characters. Use the images to sketch your first letters, use the action, and above all use the details, those little clues that give you a lot of information and make you stand out from the rest of the authors. After all, all the lyrics speak of the same thing.

Strips: This is where you put all the feelings on the grill and that is what God wants, where the emotions flow the sea of ??good and you stay well at ease. If you want to have a good tip (usually the most memorable and catchy parts) do not cut and manifest those instincts that the song asks.

In the end a song can be more or less complex, it can even consist of 2 chords and a very spontaneous lyrics but in the end a good song has to have that grace, that goblin, that I know, that makes it reach people and be excited no matter how simple or complex it may be.
